The position consists in methodology development, coach training curriculum design, communication, and quality control in a sports coaching organization. The primary focus is on developing and refining coaching methodologies to align with the organization's philosophy, training coaching staff, designing training curricula, maintaining communication with coaches, and ensuring the quality and safety of training sessions through periodic audits and feedback.
