Banquet Cook: Prepare food for functions at hotel. Essential Functions: • Possess considerable knowledge in food preparation, presentation and portion control. • Proficiency in the following cooking techniques: charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sauté, braising, roasting and par-cooking. • Adhere to policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sanitary food handling. • Work banquet food stations as scheduled by the Chef and Executive Sous Chef. • Part-time, no prior experience required
