Banquet Server
Banquet Server: Provide food and beverage service to maximize customer satisfaction by providing friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional service to all guests. Essential Functions: • Serve banquet functions • Responsible for setting up tables and buffets using linen, china, glass, and silver that is always clean, polished, and free of visible wear and tear • Retrieve appropriate items for set-ups • Clear tables and buffets using trays and tray stands • Courteously communicate with supervisors and co-workers at all times
Supporting Functions: In addition to the performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions. • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products assigned by the supervisor to adhere to health standards. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested (i.e., special guest requests). • Must adhere to all Federal, State, and Corporate liquor regulations about serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are followed. • Other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Supervisor. • Part-time, no prior experience required
