Elevate Chiropractic and Rehab is a Sports Chiropractic focused clinic. We approach patient care with a more integrative approach to treatment. As a doctor at Elevate you will utilize a variety of treatment modalities including chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitative exercise, mechanical traction and Class IV laser therapy.
