Partner Experience Manager - Agency & Reseller Team

As the Partner Experience Manager (PXM) for our Agency and Reseller Team, the core of your role is to ensure a high-caliber experience for partners throughout the entire agency business motion. You’ll help support work from first contact through to long term client growth but will spend most of your time in three key areas:
Key Functions
- Onboarding
- As new agencies are brought into the channel, you make sure their onboarding experience is perfect. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch the partner’s digital marketing campaigns and manage large scale media migrations. You will plan and conduct trainings on our systems and tools as well as coordinate the overall onboarding calendar. You oversee the numerous people, processes, and technology it takes to go from idea to successful campaign and ensure we deliver on our promise of being great to work with.
- Development
- In this role you will both design and deliver a training program for new partners taking them from ground zero to being self sufficient in our systems and tools. You’ll leverage your instructional design skills to develop slides, record videos, write documentation, build resource libraries, and plan out the skills sequencing. You’ll also be charged with improving interdepartmental efficiency—helping sales and service work better together through process improvement. You’ll identify friction points, perform root cause analysis, and then collaborate with business partners to develop and implement solutions.
- Innovation
- You will work with all groups across the organization on key projects and initiatives and act as the expert liaison for the Partner Channel. The successful candidate will be passionate, highly motivated, and able to innovate in the role by leveraging their unique skills to help grow the channel. The right candidate will make the role their own and bring value by helping us grow revenue and retain business through better processes, systems, and technology.
Job Skills & Responsibilities
- Onboarding partners by training them on our systems and tools, ensuring their campaigns launch perfectly, and that they enjoy the experience
- Project manage multiple initiatives including process improvements, concurrent onboardings, and custom projects
- Oversee SEM migrations and ensure smooth launch as well as clean data collection to build case studies
- Develop program assets such as slides, documents, videos, and guides as well as the overarching system such as a series of training modules
- Identify broken processes/systems and own solving them by leveraging interdepartmental resources end to end
- Create an amazing experience for our partners both new and legacy so they retain and grow end to end
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and sales
- Project management and training background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Agency experience preferred

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $59,400 and $140,300. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
