Project Developer, Renovations

Family owned and locally operated in Central Pennsylvania since 1972, Garman provides a gateway to upward success, team and community connection, and building a future with a trustworthy, well-established residential construction company.
The Project Developer is the internal point person for renovation projects, ensuring smooth workflow, positive Customer experience, Garman quality, and excellence from sales through construction. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as an advisor to the Sales Team during the early stages of project exploration. Conduct comprehensive on-site visits to understand client requirements, goals, and budget. This process sets proper expectations and ensures project feasibility from a construction perspective.
