The Post Star is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative & Customer Service Professional. This position requires inbound and outbound sales experience with a strong focus on customer service. Must have the ability to develop recommendations based on customer needs and objectives. This position requires excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position is based in Glens Falls at the Post Star office.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to change as we grow in the digital space. Will present marketing solutions in areas to include: print media, banner display, targeted search engine optimization, and social media platforms just to name a few. Ability to cold call and prospect for new advertisers using phone, email and face to face meetings. An understanding of the business verticals including employment, real estate, auctions, and agriculture is preferred.
