Director of Parks Business Development

LCRA Parks is seeking a business development director to lead external business partnerships in developing and executing a long-term strategy focused on leisure destination developments, recreation, concessionaires and events. This role must possess the ability to work collaboratively with third-party operators in the outdoor recreation, real estate development and hospitality industries.

You will be trusted to:
Leads new business ventures, strategic departmental projects, including leisure destination developments, concessionaires, and events for the LCRA Park system.
Oversight and management of department budget.
Collaborate with teams to build strong working relationships with business units inside and outside of LCRA.

You qualify with:
- Twelve or more years of experience in real estate development, public private partnerships, business development, project management or related experience, including three or more years of supervisory experience. A degree(s) in business administration, business management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
