Duties and Responsibilities
Position Summary
Perform various administrative duties to maintain an efficient and effective operation. Responsibilities include the recruitment and scheduling of all standardized participant exercises, management of the digital audio-visual system, and data entry of student performance.
Responsibilities:
-Recruit standardized participants for the Clinical Skills Center (CSC).
-Assign standardized participants to work each exercise.
-Coordinate/confirm student schedules with designated program coordinators.
-Create schedule for individual sessions using Education Management Solutions software.
-Maintain and organize case materials, including scenarios, checklists, and short notes.
-Manage standardized participant comment database.
-Communicate regularly with standardized participants.
-Conduct orientation programs for new standardized participants in conjunction with the Standardized Participant Program Educator.
-Increase diversity of standardized participant pool in conjunction with the Standardized Participant Program Educator.
-Manage the digital audio-visual system.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Special Instructions
Review of applications will begin in January 2023 and continue until the position is filled. • Future plans: Describe how you plan to contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including activities you would pursue and how they would fit into your Standardized Participant Program Coordinator role.

-Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education, plus 2 to 3 years of previous job-related experience is required.
-Experience in the standardized participant field is strongly preferred.

-Excellent skills in troubleshooting problems
-Ability to analyze and interpret data
-Ability to compose letters and memorandums
-Ability to deal with stressful situations
-Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner
-Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures
-Ability to function independently and manage own time and work tasks
-Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
