Senior Enrollment Specialist

Your position will consist of spearheading a team to service our existing accounts and cultivate relationships with new clientele. Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing book of business
- Prospect new business opportunities
- Supervise team activities
- Train new team members on established systems
- Develop new leaders from a team of your choosing

Licensing Requirements:
- Must be willing to obtain a license through the TN Department of Commerce and Insurance
- Must have a clean background check and reliable transportation
- Must have a drivers license and ability to work in the U.S.
- Interview and training will be conducted in-person at our local office
- 60-day evaluation period to be completed before advancement
