Job Summary
The department of Radiation Medicine seeks an Administrative Services Assistant to assist Chairman, faculty, and Administrator to better fulfill aggressive goals to grow and maintain current service standards and expectations. The position will be critical to the Chairman's accomplishments in the department as staff support is key to administration.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills, Strong writing and communication skills, Attention to detail, Multitasking and Flexibility, experience in MS office suite.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
No
Preferred Education/Experience
Associate's degree plus five or more years related experience in UK systems such as SAP, purchasing, travel, finance, MS outlook preferred.
