Job Summary
This position will manage all financial and business operations within the CECentral Department.
The Business Officer works closely with the Director and Associate Director, on financial analysis, budget management and accountability, human resources, and office staff support management, evaluation, and supervision.
The Business Officer provides sound advice and financial reports to department leadership and assists with achieving strategic goals and facilitate long-term planning.
Will review and approve all budget transfers and revisions and work with leadership in annual budget preparation process. Oversee all purchasing, travel, procurement, revenue, and payment policies, ensuring efficient and effective flow of work through CECentral. Ensures compliance with standard business and HR procedures and regulations.
