Job Description

- Coordinates the clinical operation for the All of Us Research Program which will recruit over 1,500 persons per year over the next four years. This person will lead a team that will consent and enroll participants and collect biospecimens that will be processed and shipped for long-term storage in a robotic BioBank. This process requires an understanding of and comfort with IRB procedures and general lab practices for collecting and processing blood and urine.
- Must exhibit and train and help others carry out processes with strong attention to detail and little room for error.
- Must be comfortable interacting with people from all backgrounds and want to provide exceptional customer service.
- This person will need to follow standard operating procedures but also know when new procedures need to be created and implemented and be able to operate when situations call for extreme deviations due to weather or other circumstances.
- Since this will be a small staff, this person will oversee the clinical team but also participate in outreach and engagement activities, such as answering and making phone calls to participants, scheduling appointments, monitoring data and program activities and attending engagement events when needed.
- Must be comfortable navigating secure computer systems to track program participants and collected specimens, plus Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- There is significant room for growth and experience in program planning, budgeting and reporting, IRB compliance and federal programs and grant operations.

Shift

8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Human subjects experience and a phlebotomy certificate. Fluent Spanish speaker preferred.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $51,875.20-$70,000

Grade: GGS-10
