Job Description

The Department of Health Sciences within the College of Health Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and engaged Project Coordinator to assist with the growth and administrative functions of the department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze data for program planning and reporting
  • Coordinate the faculty promotion process within the department
  • Work with Chair on special projects requiring problem solving and examination
  • Manage, collect, and analyze course evaluations
  • Assembles TA pool and coordinates faculty assignments
  • Coordinate faculty and staff committees
  • Work with Student Support Specialist Senior on office management
  • Other duties as assigned

Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Anticipated Salary Range: $50,367 – $70,880
Grade: GGS 010
