Chief Data Officer (Inst) (B) - Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness

The Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness plays a mission critical role in enhancing the overall effectiveness of the institution by conducting research, analyzing data, and developing key performance indicators which guides the institution in its decision-making processes. In this role, the position also participates and acts as a leader for the institution in areas of data governance and ensuring analysis data integrity and security through policies and procedures.

The Director works closely with university leadership, academic departments, and institutional business units to identify appropriate analytics and visualizations to address institutional questions and communicates these results to leadership and other audiences.

This position supervises and directs two, full-time staff and reports to the Provost and Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs.
