Pharmacist

Upstate Pharmacy Ltd. is looking to hire 3-4 pharmacists over the next 3 months for its expanding Long term care/specialty pharmacy. Candidates must possess a valid NYS pharmacy license and be a Certified Immunization Specialist (or willing to become one). Work schedule is generally 30-40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, one evening every 3 weeks until 9pm. One weekend every 10 weeks. One holiday per year. Pharmacists will be required to be on-call on the weekend, holiday, or evening that they work. Benefits include a 401k program with a company contribution of 3%. Health Insurance with 100% of premium paid by company. Paid dental and life insurance plan. Pharmacist must be able to thrive in a team environment and be able to seamlessly service LTC and specialty patients. Experience in LTC and specialty pharmacy is helpful but not required.
