Aquatic Physical Therapist
Western Physical Therapy is looking for an Aquatic Physical Therapist for Baas Physical Therapy, a respected outpatient practice that has been providing quality services to the Redding, CA area since 2010. We enjoy a state of the art space and equipment at our clinic. We treat patients with a well-established team of techs, Front Desk staff, PTs, and PTAs. Ryan Troll, our Lead Therapist, graduated from Southwest Baptist University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016 and is knowledgeable not only in outpatient orthopedic care, but in vestibular and neurological disorders, pediatrics, and cardio-pulmonary conditions. He is dedicated to providing the best care possible for the patients in our community.
Michelle Leavell-Penn, our Physical Therapist Assistant, graduated from Coleman College in Houston, Texas, in 2007. She went on to specialize in Aquatic Therapy, and has nearly 10 years of experience in Aquatic Orthopedic care, with an emphasis on core and lumbar stability. She excels at providing specialized care to each individual patient, and to providing a fun atmosphere while educating patients and assisting them in reaching their therapy goals.
Baas Physical Therapy is located in Redding, about two and a half hours north of Sacramento, CA and is centrally located near the outdoor recreational areas of Northern California including Mt. Shasta, Shasta Lake, and Lassen National Park.

We provide excellent starting salary $84,000-$100,000/year DOE and a profit share program. Benefits also include PTO, health insurance, APTA dues, continuing education, and a retirement plan.
